Society's Ills Today

Chapter 13   Society’s Ills today

Attention, Attention!
Do you see me?
Do you see my neon warning lights?
My purple, green, chartreuse strands make a stand.
Attention, Attention!
Do You see me?
My tattooed body, mind and soul,
Nose pierced, ears pieced, everything pierced
Hatred for myself, hatred for you,
Hatred for society.
Attention, Attention!
Do you see me?
I hope I grossed you out,
Totally!

Many in society today are narcissistic and totally about being recognized in society no matter what bizarre way they do it.  Basic instincts are indulged and many are very self serving and self absorbed.  An example is “Selfies”  It’s all about me and my life and what I’m doing.  I don’t really care about anyone else is the attitude of many today.   The “Me” generation has created  “Me” children that are totally selfish and wrapped up in themselves.

Much of society has become not only narcissistic, but masochistic.  Defacing themselves and making themselves ugly for attention. Many in society have become lazy and entitled thinking the world owes them a living without any effort themselves. They spend their days panhandling, drugging, or selling drugs.  They have no self-respect and think it’s fine to have their hand out for money to support their drug and alcohol habits.  In actuality they have lost their freedom to drugs and have lost their self will and conscience as well, to substances.

So many in the world today are so very lost in their direction.  We have created a very shallow society.  With the saturation of pornography and sexually explicit television and film sex has become an impersonal basic instinct. Love and emotion are absent in so much of relationships today.  Sexual relations have no deep basis or spiritual connection to another person.  Sex has become a basic instinct like going to the bathroom.

That brings up another serious ill in society today.  Many have decided to be done with organized religion that taught them some morality, and social rules to make society a better place.  They have not replaced it with any kind of spiritual program so they are spiritually bankrupt. They don’t really know what spirituality is because they have never been exposed to it.  Media and television has raised the children of today and media and television aren’t doing a very good job.  Dysfunctional homes are the “norm” today on television. These kinds of programs only perpetuate the illnesses of society.
Today’s societies seem to worship violence.  They are addicted to it and we can see the senseless crimes that have been committed by disturbed people in our society. Violent video games teach children that life is cheap and that killing brings no consequences. It deadens their conscience to violence and makes it seem normal and common place to kill. Many parents are not responsible with these video games and are as disturbed as their children and play them along with them. They don’t monitor what the children watch. They buy the violent video games for their children.  They aren’t responsible with weapons in their homes and the children get access to them and disturbed children act out the violence they have seen in video games and on television. Some perpetrators have used excuses like “Girls never gave me a chance,” to murder innocent people and commit acts of “terrorism”.   Other’s watch television or film and act out what they see in film on society for attention. There are too many in our society that aren’t getting help and too many parents that are blind to their weaknesses in parenting and to what is really going on in their child’s life and mind.

College professors are not helping the problems in society by pushing their  “liberal agendas” that will eventually take down society as we know it.  They preach about  “Socialism” and the next step  is really “Communism” which is what they believe in even though time and time again it has proven not to be successful in societies. The people in the United States have always enjoyed relative freedom so they don’t truly understand what it would be like to have no freedom and the government dictating everything  from the food we eat to the programs we can see on television and in the media. Threat to our personal freedoms is the most destructive thing that college professors pander. Our societies in the United States have no idea what it would be like to have to wait in bread lines for hours, just to buy a loaf of bread.  Too many in the United States have become complacent and are not aware of what a serious threat losing our personal freedoms would do to this country.  They sit idly by while are freedoms guaranteed in the constitution are disappearing one by one.

Germany is a perfect example of what can happen to a society when a charismatic leader with disturbing agenda’s takes over the country. The  people in Germany were somehow hypnotized by Hitler’s hype and horrendous crimes against society occurred because they refused to stop him.  When he seized too much power, it was too late for the people in that country to do anything about it or they would be killed themselves. Ignorance is not “bliss”. Ignorance and apathy will take us out!

We must wake up to the destructive influences in our society and take action to stop them! By not doing anything we are agreeing to the demise of society. Apathy will destroy us. We must stand up and take back our social environment. We need to be actively protesting senseless violence on television and the most powerful way we can do it it to stop watching! Another very important thing to do is to be very verbal with companies that pander and produce this kind of sickness in our society by calling the companies and complaining regularly. Let them know it is not okay!

Taking action by not buying violent video games and film hits right where these destructive forces won't like it but if we bankrupt them, they won't exist. We must be actively aggressive in not allowing these destructive things in our homes. We need to "unplug the screen drug" that has so much of the people in our society hypnotized by it.

Educating those that are easily manipulated by these destructive elements in another way to attack this serious problem. People need to be very verbal instead of being complacent and not speaking out against these things. They need to form groups and educate other people in the schools to how destructive these things our to our families, and to our society.

Roly Poly Tater Bug
All curled up so nice and snug
With plated armor all around
You look like a little ball I’ve found
Roly Poly Tater Bug
Are you giving yourself a hug
You stay so still without a sound
Then you uncurl and come unwound

 Kitty Cat

Kitty Cat
Come and lay by me
                                       Kitty Cat
Tell me what do you see
With your wise green eyes staring at me
Kitty Cat
Let me feel your soft fur
Kitty Cat
Let me hear your calm purr
Kitty Cat
So gentle and true
Kitty, Kitty Cat
I really love you

Crickets Lullaby

Good night, sleep tight, the crickets sing a lullaby
Good night, sleep tight, they sing it low they sing it high
Good night, sleep tight, they sing a quiet song
Good night, sleep tight, they sing it all night long
The crickets sing a quiet tune, the crickets sing it to the moon
Good night, sleep tight, the crickets sing a lullaby
Goodnight, sleep tight, the crickets sing it to the sky
Good night, sleep tight, until the morning dew
Good night, sleep tight, may you have sweet dreams too

Spinning Spider

Spinning, spinning spider silver threads
Spinning in the garden on the leaflets edge
Spinning, spinning spider can you see
Can you see the lovely web you spin for me

Spinning spider I like your art
Spinning spider when did you start
Spinning spider your grand design
Spinning spider it’s very fine

Spinning, spinning spider in the morning dew
Little silver droplets stuck like glue
Spinning, spinning spider can you see
Can you see the lovely web you spin for me

Mr. Beetle Bug

Mr. Beetle bug
Where did you go
All dressed up in your tuxedo
Were you going to visit Katydid
Were you going to ask her
If she would like to wed

Mr. Beetle bug you do look so fine
Were you planning going out to dine
Mr. Beetle bug don’t forget your hat.
I hope you and Katydid have a nice chat

Song to a Cow

What are you doing
Staring and chewing
Chewing and chewing
Occasionally mooing

What are you thinking
Staring and blinking
Winking and blinking
Occasionally drinking

What are you doing
Chewing and Chewing
Staring and blinking
What are you thinking

Summer Fairies

My sister and I meet the fairies on summer afternoons
Down by the pond in the enchanted woods
By the tree that looks like an ugly old troll
They are shy so we just catch a glimpse of them
Out of the corner of our eye
They whisk away just out of sight
We know they are still there
We hope they will come out one day
To join us for muffins and tea

My Horse

My horse lunges underneath me
I am free
The wind does a dance through my hair
I am strong as thunder
Swift as the river
I fly through fields on falcon wings
My horse shines golden silk
His silver mane weaving strands of sunlight

Heaven on Earth

Chapter 12  Heaven on Earth

What would heaven on earth look like? Have you ever considered what it might be like? Heaven on earth in my mind would be a planet that loved the earth and loved everyone and everything that inhabited it.  The first thing we would need to do to create heaven on earth is to realize we are all children of a Greater Being that breathed the breath of life into us all.  No one is any better or more deserving of the basic human needs and rights than anyone else.

There wouldn’t be wars or aggression.  People would have respect for all races and cultures.  There would be no hunger, air pollution, fatal diseases, and all would receive what they needed as far as medical car, shelter, and food. All sexes would receive equal and fair treatment and would be respected for the unique talents, strengths, and gifts they each shared with others.  The greedy and the needy would disappear in a more fair approach to all life.

Governments would disappear and in their place would be social groups that would be self contained and self sufficient.  Each group would be about five hundred people.  The groups would each have about five hundred square miles.   In those square miles all things that the group needed would be included in the community. There would be community gardens that people worked in to raise healthy organic food for the community, stores for cleaning and distributing the food, and service and spiritual centers  to take care of different needs in the community. There would be schools, and beautiful community parks  in each community. There would be community recreation that was both healthy and not dangerous but fun and invigorating to keep our bodies healthy and our minds stimulated and uplifted. There would be beautiful music, orchestras and choirs in each community that lifted others with their heavenly music. There would be gatherings to share enlightened ideas and other ways to make each community better and  discussions that would continually make each community more heavenly. Each person would choose an area that they enjoyed and give service to others in the community. There would not be a need for any money.  Instead everyone would provide a service to others in the community so that all needs were met.

Each person would have a beautiful home and  they could participate in the creation of it. It would provide shelter, peace, and happiness to each family that lived in the home.

The world would be beautiful and all life on the  planet would flourish and be healthy. There would not be murder or killing.  All people would respect all life and take care of it. People would eat healthy whole foods that didn’t require killing anything. Energy would come from the sun that doesn’t pollute and is going to be there for a long time. It would not come from fossil fuel that eventually will run out.

Religions would disappear and in their place would be a reverence and awe of the beauties of this world. Religion would be replaced with a deeply spiritual people that weren’t trying to push ideologies, religions or ideas on others.  There would be places to gather and discuss morality and human kindness and teach ethics and morals to all in society. Because the society would be so healthy, children would be raised in healthy and happy homes so there would be less chance to learn inappropriate ideas and activities. The home would be about teaching love and service to humanity

There would be free choice but all would make good choices with their lives because they would understand that good choices bring good consequences. Everyone would  be anxiously engaged in a good cause whether it be environment, education, construction, travel, or the ministry. All endeavors would be about service to other’s or making the world a better and more beautiful place.

There have been many dogmas and indoctrination given to societies throughout time. Some of those ideas and dogmas have been very destructive to the world and it’s inhabitants.   Organized religions have created horrible cruelties to other s in the human race in the name of their religion and their god.  Thousands have been killed in wars and crusades over religion throughout history. People have been persecuted for their beliefs. Why do we kill in the name of God? It is such an incorrect concept.  All humanity on the planet are important and deserve to be respected and have human rights that need to be preserved.

Some societies and religions are so old and they are so steeped in their religions that they truly have no freedom.  It would be better to have the whole world start over as far as religion is concerned.  If we had a new religion or better yet spiritual ideology that had a fresh look at all the things people claim are part of their religion, we might be able to move toward  heaven on earth.

Unsung Heroes

A handwritten note was found by the computer in Mr.  J’s room after he retired.  The note read:
Hi, Mr J,
I came to say Hello.  I hope you remember me.  I will never forget you.  “The Tootsie Fairy” is real!
Mr.  J was known for giving little tootsie rolls as a reward for various things in class.  He  taught second through fourth grade. All year long he would tease  his students about the “Tootsie Fairy” and toss them a tootsie when they did something right.  Mr. J taught school for the love of teaching children.  Reading was his favorite.  He loved to watch their eyes light up as the year moved on when their new skill began to unfold.
He was a 60’s child and had lived in Haight Ashbury for a while when the Hippies were at their peak.  The 60’s never left him and he always referred to himself as an “Inner Hippy”.  He told everyone that when he retired he was going to grow his hair out and wear a pony tail and  when he retired he did. He was an odd figure teaching with a mostly female staff of elementary school teachers but he got along quite well with women.  He respected women that were strong, intelligen,t and well educated like his mother.  Mr. J was a good friend.
Mr. J’s father was a foreign diplomat who with his wife had traveled around in Africa and taken his children with him.  Mr. J was injured when he was twelve years old while living in  Africa.  He was hit by a bullet in the stomach in a hunting accident and  was gravely ill for a   while. He showed me the scar once when he was sharing that he had been shot.  Mr. J was a survivor.
Mr.  J also liked to travel.  Whenever  there was a school vacation, he was off to some unusual spot around the globe. He went with his mother who was 80 to hike up to  Machu Pichu in Nicaragua, Another part of that journey was to give children in that country books to read.   He took a Mediterranean Cruise to explore ancient Greece and Italy, or he went with some other teachers to countries in Africa to teach reading and give the children books.
Mr. J was known for the large amount of coffee he consumed.  He always had his metal two cup coffee mug in his hand as he taught, or on his desk, or in the faculty room when he got a refill.  Somehow that coffee must have kept him going as he motivated kids to learn.
Mr. J always pushed reading and would have some kind of contest in his room showing all the books his students read.  One year it was a caterpillarr and each segment had a book’s title and the students name that read it.  The caterpillar would weave around his room and out into the hall with all the books the children had read that year.  Other years it might be kites, or a dragon or cutouts shaped like books.  He carried this tradtion on all through his teaching career of 32 years.  Those long rows of books were one of Mr. J’s trademarks.
Even after he retired he would come back for readathons and listen to and help young students to read. He was truly dedicated to  helping student open up to the excitement and adventure of the world through books.

His gravestone should read:      A great teacher who taught children the love of books

Chapter 11 We are Here for a Reason

Chapter     11       We are Here For a Reason
Many in life seem to be lost, blown by the winds and tossed in what ever direction the current trend is taking them. There are a lot of sick people in the world and it is like the blind leading the blind, they really don’t know where they are going.  Those that are sick influence other’s  and social illness can be very contagious.  As I have studied and pondered life and read about many different philosophies and religious paths, I have gained a perspective on it all and have come to an important conclusion about our journey through life.  That conclusion is that we are here for a reason and that reason is the strengthening and tempering of our soul.  There are so many that are confused and grasp and follow paths that really don’t work for them but they stay on them anyway and those paths lead to nowhere.  It’s important that we all seek to find meaning and our life purpose in this earth experience.   In reading some of the spiritual books I have studied, I have read a repeated message through many of them and that is that we each have a life purpose and important journey while on this planet earth.  If we don’t seek to find out that path we can be lost our entire lives.
The books  I have read have explained that before we come to the earth plane, we have spiritual guides in heaven or the afterlife that help us set goals for our life path and mission. Sometimes  we sign up for too much because on the other plane everything is perfect and we live in an idealistic state.  Our guides give us direction and advise us not to sign up for more than we can really handle here on earth. They help us to understand the most important lessons are souls need.   Some religious practices believe in reincarnation and that through each incarnation we learn new and different lessons on our soul’s journey.  There is a belief that we are eternally progressing in our existence in the universe  and our souls are forever making progress towards perfection of the soul which is where the presence of God dwells.   Each soul’s journey is different and the guides understand this and give different souls different challenges according to where that soul is in their soul progression.
People can get off their life path by choosing things they shouldn’t while on this earth plane.  One way to get off a life path is to chose to alter the self through alcohol and drug abuse.  If that occurs, a soul can completely waste their experience on earth.  Through using these substances inappropriately they keep the soul  from facing life and the challenges the soul needs to face.  There are far too many that have lost their way through alcohol and drug abuse.  If they do not change their ways, their life can be completely wasted and they will have to repeat their life experience again to learn those important lessons. It is important that each person search their own soul to find the things they need to learn in this life experience. They can seek guidance through prayer and meditation but must take certain steps in order to progress and fulfill their life path and mission.
If you are not certain of your life path, it is important to take some time to commune with God and your spiritual guides who can prompt and encourage you along your correct path. We each have spiritual guides that we can learn about and tune into to help us on our journey.  Through meditation these guides can come and introduce themselves and let us know what they are here  to guide and teach us about.  Our guardian angels are one of our guides and are always with us, guiding, watching over, comforting, helping, and protecting us as we journey though life.  It is comforting to know we are not alone.
There are other guides that may come at different times in our lives to teach us certain lessons.  I have come to know my guides and tune into and ask them questions often.  I will mediate and call on  the name of a certain guide and then ask in my mind a question I have.  The answer will come into my mind soon if not immediately after I ask. Your guides have names and you can ask them their name.  Sometimes the name might be a familiar one and sometimes it might be a very different one.  For instance I have become familiar with several of my guides.  My higher self guide is Mother  God or Ahana Wahonon,  The archangel Gabriel is a guide I often call on for healing purposes and is the guide that comes to me and heals through the ethereal  plane. I work with healing  the  aura.  I call on him through  the ethers with the sound Aaaaaaaaaa or Ahhhhhhhhhhh.  Each archangel answers through a different vowel sound through either the long vowel sound or the short vowel sound.  You can try this and see which angel might come to you.  Angels are a little different than guides  Angels help us if we need help, comfort, miracles, or healing in some area. Our guides give us direction and guidance as we journey through life.  If you want to truly be on your life path and working to become a stronger soul, it is important to tune into your guides often.  They can direct you in the right paths with occupations, relationships, health concerns, and other questions and challenges you may be facing in your life.  Sometimes how you handle a certain challenge can be one of the most important steps on your journey.  If you handle it correctly you won’t have to repeat that challenge.
Once you know your life path and what your are to be doing in your earthly experience, it is important to stay on your life path and continually grow , learn, and become stronger.  It’s  important to pray and ask God and  your guides for direction throughout  your lives. Another way to understand a life path is to read books on this subject in religious texts, self -help, or metaphysical reading.  There are some great  books that can help us understand why we are here and the right courses to take in life.
With all the different philosophies, religions and spiritual practices out there though, it is sometimes confusing as to what really makes sense and the correct path or view.  Thank goodness we live in a country that allows freedom of religion and freedom of thought.  I have studied many different spiritual practices and religions in my journey and this is the conclusion to that study.  I believe that what is good comes from God.  Meaning those things that have a good result and help our fellow man are the test if a spiritual practice is good. I also believe that a good test for whether people are good or not is by their works.  " By their works ye shall know them"  A good tree(person) brings forth good fruit or outcomes.  Conversely a bad tree (person) brings forth bad fruit or outcomes.  That seems to be the simple test. If it inspires, makes your heart sing, and brings joy and love to you and helps other’s through love and service, follow that path!    It’s an important thing to consider why we are here and that we need to refine our character and become stronger and use our lives in being engaged in loving and helping out fellow travelers  in this earth existence.  If you are not sure of your life purpose and the meaning of life there are ways to find out your own true life path and why you are here on this earth plane.

Worth Saving

Worth Saving

Shondra walked  briskly along the sidewalk with a view of the Pacific in Carlsbad.  She sometimes didn’t like to look at anyone as she walked. Even looking at so many of the low vibrator humans was difficult for her at times. Their activities and negativity were hard to understand.  Her focus today was on being healthy in body, mind, and spirit and she was hoping to inspire others by the way she looked, to take care of themselves.  She was a perfect specimen of health, tall, blond, blue eyes, early thirties with perfect posture as she walked down the sidewalk.  She did six laps back and forth and then went out to build pyramids in the sand. She built one bigger four-sided pyramid and then several other’s around it. She knew the pyramids would attract the souls of those with the right consciousness.

A man was hoping to attract Shondra as she walked by but her focus was straight ahead and she didn’t notice him.  He was feverishly trying to hang on to his prime physique in his middle forties.  He had always had a perfect body, toned and tan, but now his skin was beginning to look like tanned leather.  He wore only his shorts and bright florescent running shoes so he could show off his muscles. He was at the beginning of the sea view sidewalk stretching his legs to get ready for his jog and hoping to attract onlookers but few even noticed him.

Now that California’s population was at thirty-seven million it was easy to blend into the crowd of humanity that chose to congregate here.  People tried  to do all sorts of things to stand out from the others and many succeeded by looking as freaky, strange, or unusual as possible so they could be noticed among the masses.  Not only were there many varieties of people but also a myriad of lifestyles all trying to exist in a fairly liberal atmosphere.  Anything goes in La La land, and as some joked  “The Cereal State” , the land of fruits, nuts, and a lot of flakes.

The sun was what attracted many others to Southern California beaches, the sun and the sea.  There were many sun and sea worshippers dotting  the beach that day in January. While much of the rest of the country was fighting record breaking snow storms and extreme temperatures, the lucky were enjoying the sunshine and the surf.

Another older woman was doing her dutiful laps along the sea walk as well.  It was painful  to watch her walk but she seemed  bound and determined to do it.  She could not stand erect anymore and walked with her back tilted forward at almost a forty five degree angle. Osteoporosis or some other back problem  had taken it’s taken it’s toll but she had chutzpah. She looked like a tough old bitty and nothing stopped her not even a bad back.  Too show her rebellion for what life had dealt her she had two  tattoos on both calves that people could focus on as she walked like an old crab down the sidewalk.  They were distinct  tattoos. One was  of a dragon and the other was a hand with the middle finger raised flipping people off.  Those tattoos gave people the message loud and clear. “Don’t mess with Me.”  Her crooked stature  matched her crooked demeanor.  It seemed that she had survived this life out of pure obstinacy and iron will.

Todd wore  his usual casual attire, faded  501 Levis and a sweat shirt.  The sweatshirt usually had a simple logo on it advertising one of the beaches of southern California, Balboa and Newport, being his favorites.  He was slender and  wore his sandy colored hair a little long and over his ears but was well groomed. His piercing blue eyes seemed to look right through  people that made eye contact with him.  It was like he could see into their souls. He stood on the sidewalk watching people walk by. When he saw the old women walk by awkwardly, he greeted her cheerfully,

“Beautiful day today isn’t it.”  She gave him a grumpy look and kept moving not really acknowledging him. Todd shrugged and continued watching people. He was on the lookout for someone that he could help in some way.  His goal and purpose now in his early forties, was helping others.  It gave him so much satisfaction that it had become his new life’s mission. It might be striking up a conversation with someone that looked lonely as they stared out over the ocean sitting on a bench.  Or it might be helping a young person who might look destitute or in need of some kind of assistance.  He moved around a lot to all of the beach towns.  He was a bit illusive and didn’t want to really be recognized too much. He preferred his anonymity.  You might have called him a “Good Deed Doer”.  He frequently slipped $100 dollar bills into the hats of people that were peddling something along the sidewalks.  He didn’t believe in helping those who refused to try to help themselves though.  He used encouragement and a friendly ear with those that felt like talking to him.  Sometimes he stayed in one place and other times he walked around. It was easy to blend into the crowds of people that were everywhere along the beach.

He lived in a modest beach house in Newport with a great view of the ocean.  His needs were simple and his home was furnished well but not to extravagance.  Todd had been an ambitious and focused man in his twenties and thirties.  He had studied business but never graduated from college.  Instead he created several small businesses and some became wildly successful.  Most of his businesses had something to do with helping others.  He had created an educational computer  program that could be used for home school teachers in math and languages both which were subjects that came very easy to him.  The math programs began simply and moved through to Calculus. The language programs taught grammar and usage in several languages.

Another business he created was a computer program that showed people how to travel on a shoestring. He felt travel was one of the best things anyone could do to get a good education about the world.  He organized youth groups to take tours all over the world and sometimes accompanied them as a tour guide and chaperon.  He had traveled to over fifty countries in the world and to every state in the United States.

He was gregarious and loved other people and they in return usually responded to that love and loved him back.  He had amassed a sizable fortune in his twenties and thirties and now in his early forties was independently wealthy and  just lived off  some of the profits of the businesses he had started. He believed in living simply and gave much of his money to charity or good causes. He gave other people jobs to run the businesses for him now. At this point he employed several thousand people with good paying jobs.  He also had a strong training program for people to move in to the businesses he created and trained people he found that were jobless and homeless in these jobs so they could make a positive contribution to society and lead productive lives.  He was a strong believer in “teaching a man to fish verses giving a man a fish”.

Another one of his businesses was helping people get off drugs or alcohol in rehab facilities. He knew that that was one of the number one problems in society.  Young people that had been misguided and chosen destructive paths were some he worked the hardest for. He figured if he was able to get them young enough it was easier to change their destructive patterns but he never gave up on anyone and those that were unable to help themselves, he helped in what ever way he could.

When Shondra got home to her small apartment near the beach she immediately began her transmissions.  She gave a daily report of her activities here on earth to her superiors from the planet Kolob.  Her goal here on earth was to find souls worth saving.  The planet Earth had become such a wasteland of lost souls that others in the galaxy were afraid the earth and its people might self destruct. By doing certain activities around the beach areas, she was hoping to attract those of a higher consciousness to her.  She was feeling pretty discouraged though because rarely did a person venture her way and inquire about what she was doing.

“There were only three souls today that inquired about the pyramid building” she said over her advanced transmitting system. “It is very discouraging to see how few enlightened souls seem to be in this area.”  She was one of many other light workers all over the world who were trying to find souls worth saving on the planet.  If planets in the galaxy became too dark there was nothing they could do so save the planet so they evacuated what souls they could to another planet. She, along with thousands  of other’s from Kolob were involved in the great sifting process of finding those souls worth saving.

Everyday she did different kinds of activities to try to attract souls to her.  Sometimes she read enlightened books aloud to see who might gather around. Other times she created other worldly crafts or displayed different kinds of stones and crystals on tables to see who might be attracted to them.  Sometimes she just struck up conversations with people sitting on a bench or near the waters edge on the beach who she thought gave off a good aura. She knew that like minded and higher consciousness people would be naturally drawn to her. She was aware of dark and negative forces everywhere that were working on the earthlings to try to get them to self destruct and she was a a spiritual warrior fighting for souls on the planet.

One day as she was walking the beach walk she saw Todd talking to some people that looked homeless sitting along the sidewalks. She was immediately attracted to him and drew closer to see what he was saying to them.

“What would be a way I could help you to get you off the streets?” he inquired in a friendly voice smiling at them.

“We’ll take anything you could offer.”

“You will?”

“How about coming to my homeless shelter.  It isn’t far from here.” The homeless group stared at each other.

“No thank you. We’ve tried homeless shelters.”

“And what did you decide about them? “ he asked them.

“It doesn’t really help us with our problems.”

“What would help? “

“Money.”

“Money for what?”

“Food.”

“How about I give you some food instead.”

“I might not like that food. We prefer money.”

“You didn’t answer my question.  Money for what?”  The homeless people looked at each other uncomfortably.  Todd handed them a card. “Here is the address of the homeless shelter.  We also have training programs to help you learn skills and get you off the streets. If you have a drug or alcohol problem, we have programs to help you with that too.  Check us out.  Have a nice day.”

He smiled at them and continued walking down the street.  Shondra followed him. It seemed maybe there were a few worth saving around here she thought.

A man was playing a guitar while another person was playing a flute along the sidewalk. The sound was sweet and a bit ethereal.  Todd stopped to listen to the song.

“That was a very nice and unique melody.  Is it original?”

“Yes, most of our stuff  just kind of comes off  the top of our heads.”

“You know that is a gift don’t you?”

“I suppose so.”

“You should make a CD and sell it along with your singing.”

“If we had enough money we would.”  Todd dropped three hundred dollar bills in their basket. “ Maybe that will help you get started.  Keep playing.  You lift others with that music.” He smiled at them as he continued walking along the sidewalk.

Shondra was impressed.  This man was out there encouraging the earthlings and helping them lift their vibration.  He was one earthling definitely worth saving.  She wanted to know more about him and continued to follow along with him.  He walked  up to some teenagers hanging out in a group with low hanging pants that looked ready to fall off.

“Hey, how are you guys today?”  The boys mumbled barely acknowledging him.

“So what are you going to do today to make the world a better place?” he asked the boys. They looked at him strangely like they thought he was crazy.

“Really, what are you going to do?”  One boy answered back.

“We haven’t thought of anything yet.”

“Well, I have something for you boys to do and I’ll give you fifty dollars each if you do a good job.  Are you up for it?”  The boys looked at him strangely again and then at each other nodding.

“Yah, I guess we’re up for it but  it depends on what it is.and we need to see the money first.”

“No I don’t work like that.  You do the job and if you do a good job with a good attitude, I give you the money.  I’d like you to clean up all the litter around in this area and you have an hour to do it.  Does that sound fair?”  The boys looked at each other again trying to figure out if this would really be cool but they all needed the money.  One boy said to the other’s

“Come on let’s do it!.”

“Great,” Todd said.  I’ll be right here helping you.  He began picking up the litter around the garbage can.  Shondra was definitely impressed now and decided to come up and get to know this man better.

“That was a great job you gave those boys to do. We need more people like you around here.”

“Yah, I suppose so.” he smiled nodding at her. Shondra and Todd began talking about how to help people and make the world a more habitable and pleasant place to live. Shondra wanted to share what she did with Todd but needed to be very careful which earthlings she talked too.  She asked Todd if he could meet her later at a restaurant near there.  Todd was impressed with Shondra but knew she seemed foreign and he wasn’t sure what to make of her but agreed to meet her.

When Todd saw her sitting near the window at the restaurant, he walked over and greeted her. She was very easy to spot in the restaurant. She had an other worldly look about her.  When he sat down he looked into her eyes, and she immediately began communicating with him without talking to him. As he looked into her eyes he knew he was not dealing with your ordinary every day person.  He felt like she was peering into his soul on a very deep level.  It was disconcerting at first but as he continued to look in her eyes a calm peace came over him and he knew he was in the presence of a great soul. Finally she spoke.

“I am here from another planet to find souls on earth worth saving.”

“What do you mean by that?

“The earth is getting very close to self destruction and I am here along with other light workers to evacuate souls if necessary that have enough love and light in them to reside on our planet.”

“Wow, that was a mouthful.  I’m not sure how to take what you just said.”

“Take it literally. That is how it’s meant.”

“Is the earth really that  bad off?”

“Yes, the earth is really in trouble.”

“So what can I do to help save this planet?”

“From what I have seen. you are doing as much as you can but it may be too late for the earth.

“So what is the criteria for being able to save it?”

“There needs to be at least sixty percent of the inhabitants of the planet working toward good causes and using their energy to make the planet better.”

How do you know who is who as far as who to save?”

“We can sense it by the amount of  light they emanate and the good they are doing in the world. Sadly too many of those on earth have very much light.”

“This is very disturbing to hear.  What can be done?”

“The light workers have been working very hard for a long time to help planet earth but much of the world inhabitants seems bound and determined for self destruction.”

“What kind of criteria do you use to measure how bad off earth is?”

“The planet needs to have more than half  its inhabitants willing to perceive and live in the light which means loving others and doing good in the world.”

“I can see why they might be discouraged.  I get discouraged with the state of humanity but still keep trying to help it and the people to evolve into a higher state of being.”

“I recognized that immediately as I watched you today.  I wish there were a lot more like you.”

“I want to save planet earth and it’s inhabitants.  What more can I do?”

“There is a meeting tomorrow night on the beach by the Pier at 7:00 to discuss this.  Can you be there?”

“Yes, I could probably make it.”

“We are asking people to bring at least ten people that they feel are good people and are living lives where they are making positive contributions to society.  Please try to find at least ten.  It’s very important.”

“Why do you need ten?”

As I told you. The earth is in great jeopardy.  We have to find souls that are worth saving.”

“Don’t we have any choice in whether the earth is worth saving?”

“Yes, but it all comes down to probability.  If  more than fifty percent of the people on earth are living on the dark side it has been proven that those type of planets will eventually self destruct and there is nothing that can be done if the earth gets to that point.”

“What do you think is the reason that there are so many dark souls on the earth at this time?”

“The answer is pretty straight forward.  They have chosen to live in the dark instead of in the light.  Their negative choices and evil activities are wreaking havoc on the earth plane.”

“Can anything be done to change things?’

“That’s is what the meeting is all about tomorrow night.  Because the earth is in such a bad state it is extremely urgent that you find at least ten good people.  These meetings are a kind of survey of  those inhabiting the planet at this time.If we find enough people serving the light on the planet we may be able to turn the tide. Right now it’s not looking very optimistic though.”

“That makes me sad.  It’s so upsetting to see how so many on earth have made such poor choices in their lives.”

“We are here to help but if are efforts are futile we will be evacuating those souls that choose to leave the planet before it is too late to save them and the earth.”

“I’ll see you at the meeting.  I hope I can find more than ten worth saving!”

“If you can, invite them all to come.”

“I will.”  He stood and  looked deeply in Shondra’s eyes again.  He knew she was speaking the truth. He left feeling very troubled about the earth and the state it was in and wondered what he could to to help turn things around.  He truly hoped he could find at least ten people that would be willing to come to the meeting. He sensed that it was extremely important that he did.

The next night he was able to find eight people that were willing to come.  There were many he invited that had already made other plans.  Several he invited wanted to know what the meeting was all about.  Todd stressed that it was really important and that they should try to get out of other plans so they could come but a lot of them made excuses. As he thought about it as he drove to the meeting, he realized that that was one of earth’s biggest problems. There were too many excuses people made for why they were doing what they were doing..

There were about fifty people there that night. A man stood up on a wooden crate and started talking to the group.  He looked other worldly in the way like Shondra did. He dressed normally like everyone else but his eyes had that distinctive deep aquamarine depth to them that Shondra’s eyes had.

“Thank you for coming tonight. My name is Ted. It is essential that more and more of you keep coming to these meetings.  The future of planet earth is at stake and time is of the essence. We are calculating that the earth has only about a year left if things don’t change drastically.  The people looked at each other uncomfortably and there was a bit of a murmur through the crowd. A man spoke up.

“What do you mean by that?”

“Just what I said  Tonight we will be  giving you important instructions to help the planet that it is very important that you carry out.  We need to start a strong movement to make the world a better place for it’s inhabitants.Time is short to accomplish this important mission. The man outlined several activities that he wanted each of them to do to help this important cause.  There was some discussion but most of the people in the group had a positive approach and input at the meeting.  He told them to invite other’s and there would be a meeting 28 days from today at the same place and time.  He asked them to bring at least ten people and invite as many as they knew who would believe and work for the goals they had to help save the earth. The meeting only lasted an hour but when it ended people walked away silently sensing the gravity of what the man had told them  They knew that the earth was at a great crossroad in it’s evolution or it’s destruction.

A month later at the meeting, though there were a few more people, the  numbers had not doubled as Ted and Shondra had hoped though. Again  Ted gave the same message urging them to how important these meetings were and that the numbers needed to increase and encouraged  people getting involved in positive activities to help the planet. After the meeting Shondra asked Ted,

“It’s not looking encouraging is it?

“No the projections for this mission being accomplished are not at all what they should be”.

“What is our next direction?

“I will be in contact with the other light workers at our headquarters to see if results are better in other areas of the globe this week and I will let you know after the meeting”.

“I hope things look a little better in other areas of the earth!”

“So do I for the Earth’s sake!”

“It is such a beautiful planet and it is so sad that they have allowed evil to rule over it.  We must try everything to turn things around”

“Yes, it is tragic to see the earth in such bad shape.  Hopefully the other’s will have better news than I have.”

A week later Shondra was talking to some people that were inquiring about her crystals on a table  when Ted walked up.

“Hello,  good to see you again.  How did the meeting go?” Ted motioned her away from the others standing at the table and spoke to her very quietly.

“Not good,  The Earth has never been in such crisis.  There are evil forces planning annihilation of certain countries through nuclear bombs which could cause a ripple effect and the eventual destruction of all life on the planet.

“This is simply tragic. Can we stop the countries that are involved in these activities?”

“There are special forces moving into these countries as we speak.  They will do what they have to to stop  those that are moving in that direction.”

“Good, They must be stopped! The entire planet is at stake!”

“Are we going to need to use the evacuation plan if they cannot be stopped?”

“Yes, evacuation will go into effect at the designated spots.  We will let the people know at our meetings where those evacuation sites are at our next meeting and what to do in case the worst happens.”.

At the next meeting there were a few hundred people in attendance. The attendees seemed very concerned and wanting to take whatever action was necessary.  Ted stood on the wooden crate and spoke to them again.

“Thank you for coming.  Our numbers are increasing.  Unfortunately it may be to late.  We have to let you all know of an emergency evacuation plan in case the worst comes to pass.  There are evil people planning to destroy the earth with nuclear bombs. There are forces trying to stop them but they may not be able to.  If in fact we must evacuate, the evacuation point for this group will be at the Pier in Oceanside at midnight.  There will be people there that will instruct you on how this will take place.  You do not need to bring anything except your loved ones and friends.  Unfortunately if they aren’t in a good place consciously, they will have a difficult time residing on Kolob. Our planet runs on a very high vibration.  Encourage them to be living good lives and encourage them to work to help others and set an example of right living in everything they do in preparation to reside on Kolob. The group assembled seemed to be in a state of shock as they heard this news. There was an eerie  quiet that blanketed the crowd in almost a hushed sense of mourning thinking that this beautiful planet could actually become a dead planet.  Then voices began to shout out in protest.

“This can’t happen!”

“This can’t be!

“We must stop them!”  The voices started shouting louder and louder in protest.”

“Finally Ted raised his hands over his head and motioned them down to try to quiet the crowd.” The voices began to quiet again.

“”I know how upset you are. We have been very concerned and very upset about this for some time. We are as sad as you are to break this news.  It hasn’t happened yet but it may happen.  Be ready. If all your media blacks out for more than an hour, the  time will have come to quickly assemble.  Pay attention! Anything might happen in the next thirty days. Pray.  Prayer raises the vibration of the earth and major intervention from other planets could occur.
