The only way negative and destructive media will change is if enough people stop viewing and paying for it and start protesting about how it is affecting society and our children. The violence and victimization of people especially women has got to stop in the media.  Do not subscribe to channels that program this kind of thing and write in and complain about it to programmers and producers.  If enough of us do this and the bottom line which is the dollar sign for these people is effected, then changes will begin to occur. We have to realize that when we buy this kind of  programming through purchases and tickets sales, that only gives them more ammunition and think that this is what their audiences want.
